Science Afternoon
On Wednesday 16th January Pickhill School hosted a science afternoon. the children learned all about space in a planetarium, which was set up in the church. They made air rockets, solar system rockets, solar system mobiles, play dough aliens and the phases of the moon with Oreo biscuits. In the evening, all of the parents joined us for a rocket making competition - there were some fabulous designs. Our event ended with a big rocket launch on the green. Thank you to all the families that joined us.
