Eden Camp

On 29th November KS2 from Pickhill and Leeming and Londonderry went to Eden Camp as part of our work on the impact war had on our lives today. We went into lots of huts the first one was the blitz hut.  It was quite scary as it was dark and you could only see rubble and bodies (dummies).  There were lots of war noises like air raid sirens and a V1 rocket.  After lunch we watched a mind blowing puppet show. Most of us got wet as the puppets threw water over us. At the end of the day, we went to the junior military assault course.  It was one of the best days of the school term so far.
