Our School Values

We place great emphasis on working in partnership with parents, children, governors and the community. Through the School Council, all children are encouraged to take a share in their responsibility developing the school.

We believe in fostering personal and moral values and in respecting different races and cultures. We want our pupils to contribute in a positive way to the environment, community and society they live in.

We believe that if children are happy and confident they become self-motivated.

We believe every child matters.

The aims of the school are:

  • To value all members of the school community.
  • To create a happy, stimulating and challenging environment.
  • To develop the whole child, emotionally, spiritually, socially, academically and physically.
  • To equip children with the skills knowledge and understanding to enable them to become good citizens.
  • To be respectful and tolerant of other races, religions and ways of life.
  • To involve all families in the learning process by fostering positive attitudes and sharing expectations of  work and behaviour.
